Anonymous asked: Do you have any tips for meal prepping on a budget? Thanks!
Gosh, I can definitely relate because I know eating healthy can be very costly, but I’m here to help! Buy your meats in bulk. Costco is where I usually get my chicken. I don’t like to buy chicken that’s frozen, so I get the Foster Farm ones that come in pouches. Then I freeze them when I get home because it just tastes better than buying the frozen ones in the bag. As for tilapia, Walmart always have these great deals that’ll cost you about 11 bucks a bag. Good amount too that can last you probably two weeks or so. Then for the vegetables, fruit, and other things, I like to buy at Walmart as well. Or any grocery store. I sometimes get frozen vegetables because it lasts me a while and it’s very convenient for me to cook. It’s possible to spend less than 30 bucks for meal prep. Walmart is seriously where it’s at. That’s one of my favorite stores btw. I only meal prep when I know I’ll be super busy or something, but other than that, I like to cook my food fresh every day.
Yes, my pajamas are flipping rad. Festive too haha. Seeing results with my abs!!! Lower abs are a bitch though.
di-pika asked: If you ever get time, could you post some of your recipes for your meals?
I don’t do measurements so we’ll see.
Post workout meal. Feeling positive today. And the highlight of my day: the store manager at the gym asked if I would be interested in being a personal trainer since he thought my workouts were pretty good. Have a wonderful day!

Mushrooms, green beans, brown rice and chicken is somewhere under all of this.
